TV Ratings Report: Did The Flash and This Is Us Recover From Series Lows?

Without The World Series on the air, it was mostly business as usual for the broadcast networks on Tuesday night. 

The CW: The Flash (2.3 million/0.9 rating) spiked two-tenths from last week's series low, while Legends of Tomorrow (1.5 million/0.5 rating) inched up a tenth.

NBC: The Voice (9.4 million/0.9 rating) was in line with its most recent Tuesday telecast while This Is Us (9.8 million/2.5 rating) and Law & Order: True Crime (4.1 million/0.9 rating) perked up from last week's lows. 

Fox: Lethal Weapon (4 million/1.0 rating) inched up a tenth while The Mick (2.1 million/0.7 rating) and Brooklyn Nine-Nine (1.5 million/0.6 rating) were in line with their recent airings. 

ABC: The Middle (5.6 million/1.3 rating), Fresh off the Boat (3.7 million/1.0 rating), Blackish (3.8 million/1.1 rating), The Mayor (2.7 million/0.8 rating) and Kevin (Probably) Saves the World (2.9 million/0.7 rating) ticked up. 

Senior FBI Agent Fornell - NCIS

CBS: NCIS (13.3 million/1.5 rating), Bull (10.7 million/1.2 rating) and NCIS: New Orleans (9.1 million/1.0 rating) gained back some steam without the World Series.
