Teddy Altman will walk the halls of Grey Sloan Memorial once again.
According to TV Line, Kim Raver has booked a return visit to Grey's Anatomy.
The deal is said to be for a multi-episode arc, and the character is set to appear on the screen in the spring.
Raver was initially a series regular on the series between 2009-2012, but the star stopped by Grey's Anatomy Season 14 last fall for a multi-episode arc.
Teddy's return story focused on her supporting Owen as he reacted to the news that his sister was not dead, and was returning home.
If you watch Grey's Anatomy online, you will know there were some sparks between Teddy and Owen, but they never really became the power couple they had the potential to be.
Now that Owen has parted ways with Amelia, it seems like the stage could be set for a relationship between the pair.
It's unclear whether the arc will spill into Grey's Anatomy Season 15. Yes, the show has still to be renewed, but it's ABC's highest-rated series, so there's no way it won't continue.
Raver will be pulling double-duty on ABC. She also has a recurring role on Designated Survivor Season 2.
In that role, she reunites with former 24 co-star Kiefer Sutherland.
Wouldn't it be great if Kim could become a more permanent fixture around Grey Sloan Memorial again?
Her character is always a breath of fresh air.
