CBS Picks Up Three New Dramas for the 2019-20 Season

When one network makes an announcement, you can usually expect another to follow suit.

After making several pickups of current shows, CBS also announced its upcoming new series, including three new dramas.

Julian McMahon of FBI: Most Wanted Season 1 Episode 19

EVIL comes from Michelle King and Robert King and CBS Studios. Liz Glotzer is an executive producer.

EVIL is a psychological mystery that examines science vs. religion and the origins of evil. The series focuses on a skeptical female forensic psychologist who joins a priest-in-training and a carpenter to investigate and assess the Church’s backlog of supposed miracles, demonic possessions, and unexplained phenomena.

Katja Herbers, Mike Colter, Aasif Mandvi, Michael Emerson, Brooklyn Shuck, Skylar Gray, Maddy Crocco, and Dalya Knapp star.

The FBI spinoff fans got introduced to during the drama's first season earned a pickup.

Most Wanted - FBI Season 1 Episode 19

FBI: Most Wanted comes fromo writers/executive producers Dick Wolf and Rene Balcer and Wolf Entertainment and Universal Television in association with CBS Television Studios.

Other executive producers includ Arthur W. Forney and Peter Jankowski, and Fred Berner directs.

Fox Picks Up Four New Dramas -- Get the Details Inside!

The series is centered on the Fugitive Task Force of the FBI that tracks and captures the notorious criminals on the FBI’s Most Wanted list.

Stars include Julian McMahon, Alana de la Garza, Keisha Castle-Hughes, Kellan Lutz, Roxy Sternberg, and Nathanial Arcand.

All Rise comes from EP/Writer Greg Spottiswood and Warner Bros. Television in association with CBS Television Studios.

Executive producers include Len Goldstein and Mike Robin with Robin also directing.

All Rise is a drama that follows the dedicated, chaotic, hopeful, and sometimes absurd lives of judges, prosecutors, and public defenders as they work with bailiffs, clerks and cops to get justice for the people of Los Angeles amidst a flawed legal system.

Series stars include Simone Missick, Wilson Bethel, Jessica Camacho, Marg Helgenberger, J. Alex Brinson, Lindsay Mendez, and Ruthie Ann Miles.

It's interesting that two Luke Cage stars are getting series on CBS next season. 

Mike Colter became a household name starring on The Good Wife from EVIL creators Michelle and Robert King.

Simone Missick made a splash on Luke Cage as Detective Misty Knight.
