The Handmaid's Tale Season 3 Trailer Shows the Women of Gilead Fighting Back
Paul Dailly at . Updated at .Offred/June is ready to change the game in the official trailer for The Handmaid's Tale Season 3.
The Handmaid's Tale Season 2 ended with gasps from the audience as the character decided to stay put in Gilead with the aim of changing things in the city.
“If I’m going to change things, I’m going to need allies,” she explains in the video, as we start to realize that her plan is to turn to people with power.

One of those is none other than Serena Joy, who was on the fence about which side to choose for much of the show's sophomore run.
When June says that Serena Joy has "influence" as the wife of a Commander, Yvonne Strahovski's alter ego says the following:
“Up to a point."
This does not sit well with June who is taking an all hands on deck approach to things.
“So move the point,” she shoots back.

The trailer also confirms that Aunt Lydia survived the attempt on her life, but is Emily really safe?
There's some hope that she made out of Gilead, but nothing is ever as it seems on this show, so there's a chance we're being told a tall tale.
There's even a scene with the Waterford's living room on fire. Who could have set the fire?
We have no idea, but we're willing to bet it's going to cause a lot of tension.
There's even a shot of June looking over her daughter, Hannah.
“At least there’s still hope if I’m here,” June says. “Now, Mom’s got work.”
Is it just us or does this look AWESOME?
The Handmaid's Tale Season 3 launches on Hulu on June 5.
