TV Ratings: Arrow Returns Steady, The Flash Goes Low

Arrow's final season got underway Tuesday night, and it was a steady affair. 

Arrow Season 8 Episode 1 scored 869,000 total viewers and aa 0.3 rating, on par with its Season 7 average. 

Familiar Faces - Arrow

The Flash Season 6 Episode 2 slipped to 1.28 million viewers, the show's lowest yet. In the demo, it scored a 0.5 rating, matching a series low. 

NCIS (10.6 million/1.1 rating) slipped to a new audience low, but was steady in the demo. 

Reaching Out - NCIS Season 17 Episode 4

FBI (8.7 million/0.9 rating) bounced back from last week's series lows, while NCIS: New Orleans (6.6 million/0.7 rating) was steady.

The Voice (7.6 million/1.3 rating) was down two-tenths, This Is Us (6.7 million/1.5 rating) was down one, and New Amsterdam (5 million/0.8 rating) was steady at NBC. 

The Resident (3.7 million/0.7 rating) and Empire (2.8 million/0.8 rating) both held steady with last week's ratings.

Over on ABC, The Conners (5.4 million/1.1 rating), Bless This Mess (3.4 million/0.7 rating), and black-ish (2.6 million/0.6 rating) were down, but mixed-ish (2.8 million/0.7 rating) and Emergence (2.7 million/0.5 rating) were both steady.
