Peter steals a parrot from the vet and becomes convinced he’s a pirate. Meanwhile, Chris falls in love with the vet’s intern, Anna.

James Woods returns to Quahog and seeks vengeance against Peter by stealing his identity after Peter leaves his wallet at a concert.

After Lois identifies Stewie as her murderer, he takes the family hostage and blackmails the CIA into making him President of the World. Lois goes to stop Stewie by killing him.

Lois leaves the kids behind to go on a cruise with Peter, and a jealous Stewie vows revenge. Stewie ends up sneaking on the cruise and kills Lois.
