When we last saw the students of William McKinley High School, they were mourning the actions of Dave Karofsky, as Glee aired its most emotional episode to date prior to taking an extended hiatus.
When this Fox hit returns, it doesn’t look like a lot will have changed.
In the first official promo for April 10’s “Big Brother,” the focus is entirely on Quinn. What will be the aftermath of her accident? Might Glee actually kill off one of its own?
