It’s felt like an eternity since The 100 Season 2 ended. We’re at unreal levels of anticipation for The 100 Season 3 Episode 1, you guys. Luckily, the premiere is just a few weeks away.
Our appetites for The 100 were mildly satiated with the recently released teaser. But then, they went and released the full extended trailer and we’re going crazy with speculation again.

Clarke’s New Look – The 100 Season 3 Episode 1
Clarke’s sporting a brand new look, with dramatic red hair and Grounder gear. She’s been away from her people and is being hunted, but what exactly led her to undergo this HUGE makeover?
Bedraggled Murphy – The 100 Season 3 Episode 1
Last we saw Murphy, he was chilling in a fancy house, snacking and drinking — until he came across a chilling video of a distraught man who kills himself. Who else thinks that video may have something to do with Murphy looking a bit worse for wear?
Linctavia! – The 100 Season 3 Episode 1
Finally! Lincoln and Octavia didn’t have a chance to spend a whole lot of time together last season, what with the full-scale war breaking out between the Mountain Men and the Grounders/Sky People. It looks like they share a moment in the season premiere — unfortunately, Octavia’s upset face isn’t giving off the vibe that this is a happy moment.
Lincoln Looking Serious – The 100 Season 3 Episode 1
Is this Lincoln’s happy face? Probably not, right? Oh, well. Perhaps his gloomy demeanor has something to do with that serious discussion he and Octavia were having in the last picture. Also, it looks like Lincoln is still among the Sky People in this photo.
Octavia Supports Jasper – The 100 Season 3 Episode 1
The gloominess continues. Jasper isn’t looking too hot and, like Clarke, he’s undergone an extreme hair makeover. We love the longstanding friendship between Octavia and Jasper, so it’s great to see Octavia (literally) supporting her friend here. What’s not so great is how distraught Jasper looks — though it isn’t surprising, given the season two finale events at Mount Weather. It also appears that he’s suffering from an injury to his throat, based on that blood-soaked bandage. Poor Jasper.
Abby Rules – The 100 Season 3 Episode 1
I mean, seriously. How can anyone look this good amidst all of the catastrophe and living on a post-apocalyptic irradiated Earth?! It’s so unfair. Abby is standing near Lincoln and Octavia, and she appears to have fully recovered after experiencing forced bone marrow extraction in “Blood Must Have Blood, Part Two.”
Introducing Roan – The 100 Season 3 Episode 1
Here is the first official photo of new character Roan. This Grounder warrior is one of several new characters that we’ll meet in Season 3. We know almost nothing about Roan yet, as the show has kept any info about his character tightly under wraps. We’re excited to meet him, even though he looks a little scary!
Octavia on a Horse – The 100 Season 3 Episode 1
Check out Octavia, looking majestic astride a horse. Also, let’s take a minute to appreciate how far this girl has come — she’s gone from living under the floor on the Ark to being a badass, horse-riding Grounder warrior princess! Amazing.

Introducing Niylah – The 100 Season 3 Episode 1
Niylah is another new character this season. Word has it that she is a Grounder who works at a trading post that Clarke frequents. Fun fact: Niylah’s portrayer, Jessica Harmon, is the real-life sister of Richard Harmon, who plays Murphy.
Niylah and Clarke Chat – The 100 Season 3 Episode 1
This looks like an intense moment between Clarke and newbie Niylah. Is it possible that Niylah is the mysterious figure that Clarke shares a hook-up with, as shown in the extended trailer?
Raven Gives Side-Eye – The 100 Season 3 Episode 1
Raven is giving somebody serious side-eye back at Camp Jaha. Here’s hoping that Raven has a better (or at least less traumatic) time in Season 3. Even if the going gets (or, rather, remains) tough, we know Raven can handle it. She’s easily one of the strongest figures on this show.
Warrior Clarke – The 100 Season 3 Episode 1
Clarke is decked out in full Grounder-wear. Now we’re just left wondering… when does she get to have that cool Grounder eye make-up?
