But we do like the sound of this guest-starring news:
Entertainment Weekly reports that Eddie Van Halen will portray himself in an upcoming episode of the popular sitcom this fall.
Executive producer Chuck Lorre told the magazine that he approached the rock legend about the idea and “he was gracious enough to do a cameo, which is really cool.”
Van Halen will tape his scene this week. As you’d expect, he’ll play the guitar in it.
