Mike is questioned about Mrs. Huber’s murder by the police and is temporarily arrested.  John’s friend, Justin (Ryan Carnes) attempts to blackmail Gabrielle into making him her new gardener.  Tom wants a big promotion, but fearing being left with the kids along, Lynette tries to discourage him.  Bree finds a condom and is shocked to find out it’s Danielle’s.  Zach Young plans a pool party for the teens of Wisteria Lane and things get out of hand.
