Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service Exclusive Sneak Peek: Operation Callahan 2.0 Is Do or Die

On the last episode of Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service, Gordon walked out of Callahan’s Seafood Bar and Grill.

He left behind a broken restaurant, three screaming sisters, and enough filth in the kitchen to warrant a hazmat team. 

Rats, roaches, and fries old enough to have voting rights… Callahan’s had officially hit rock bottom.

And if customers had any idea what was really going on behind the scenes? They’d never step foot near the place. 

The kitchen was a nightmare — unsanitary conditions everywhere you looked, from fryers hiding decade-old grease traps to even the ticket machine caked in grime so vile it turned stomachs.

The staff knew it was bad. They admitted it was bad. But instead of scrubbing, they shrugged. 

Everyone pointed fingers, no one took responsibility, and the tension boiled over into tearful breakdowns and screaming matches. It wasn’t just dysfunctional — it was dangerous. 

That’s why Gordon walked out. Sometimes, you have to let the whole thing fall apart before anyone’s willing to fix it.

Now, in part two of this explosive two-parter, Gordon’s back — but not because he wants to be.

In our exclusive clip, Gordon admits he was already en route to his next mission when a desperate text from an insider pulled him back in. 

He’s got sympathy for the grief and emotion swirling around the restaurant following the death of the sisters’ father, Larry. 

But what’s harder to stomach is the toxic dynamic that’s holding everyone hostage. As Gordon bluntly states, “I can’t help you if you can’t be prepared to help yourself.”

Anika, Elise, and Brittany — three sisters who look so alike it’s eerie — are still trying to navigate a business in free fall.
