After eight years in prison, Duke returns to London with unfinished business and a score to settle.
His homecoming pulls him back into a dangerous world where boxing, crime, family, and loyalty collide.

Here are the key characters stepping into the ring.
Maduka “Duke” Kilroy
Howard Charles stars as Duke Kilroy, a former world heavyweight boxing champion whose life took a devastating turn at the height of his career.
Eight years in prison have changed him, but they have not erased the questions surrounding his downfall.
Duke returns to London determined to confront the past and settle old scores.
He still carries the instincts that once made him a champion. He knows how to study an opponent, wait for an opening, and keep fighting after taking a hit.
Outside the ring, however, the rules are very different.
Duke’s return also forces him to face the people he left behind. Some may welcome him home, while others may question whether the man they once knew still exists.
Kingsley Marshall
Nicholas Pinnock plays Kingsley Marshall, Duke’s former boxing promoter and one of the most powerful figures in his past.
Kingsley operates in a world where boxing, business, and crime are closely connected. He is also the man Duke believes betrayed him.
Kingsley’s reach extends beyond his own organization. His decisions have shaped his family, Duke’s career, and the dangerous world surrounding them.
The history between the two men makes their conflict deeply personal. This is not simply a boxer going after a crime boss. Duke once trusted Kingsley with his future.

Cebella “Cece” Marshall
Anita-Joy Uwajeh plays Cebella “Cece” Marshall, Kingsley and Joy’s daughter.
Cece is intelligent, focused, and deeply involved in the family business. Her mind may be her greatest weapon.
While some characters rely on physical strength or intimidation, Cece understands how power works behind the scenes.
She knows the business and recognizes the value of strategy.
People who underestimate her may quickly discover they have made a serious mistake.
Cece must also navigate what it means to be both Kingsley’s daughter and his business partner.
Her future may be tied to the family empire, but that does not necessarily mean she was ever given a real choice.
Ezekiel “Zeek” Marshall
Charles Babalola plays Ezekiel “Zeek” Marshall, Cece’s brother and Kingsley’s son.
Being Kingsley Marshall’s son comes with pressure.
Every member of the family has a role, and Zeek is still trying to figure out where he fits.
He carries the expectations attached to the family name while trying to establish an identity of his own.
Cece and Zeek may share the same parents and the same complicated legacy, but they do not always approach problems in the same way.
Their relationship could become especially important as the family faces growing pressure from the outside.
Kim Harper
Tahirah Sharif plays Kim Harper, a sharp and confident woman with deep ties to London’s boxing world.
People may be quick to judge Kim based on her work as a ring card woman. There is much more to her than the image she presents.
Kim is observant, self-assured, and understands the people moving through the boxing scene.
She also becomes one of Duke’s first allies after he returns to London.
Kim knew Duke before prison changed the course of his life. That history allows her to see parts of him that others may overlook.
Supporting Duke, however, does not mean blindly agreeing with every choice he makes.
Justin “Jay” Hall
Tyler Conti stars as Justin “Jay” Hall, Duke’s longtime best friend.
Jay represents one of Duke’s strongest connections to his life before prison.
Eight years is a long time, though, and Duke is not the only person whose life changed during their separation. Jay has faced struggles of his own.
Their friendship gives Fightland another way to explore what it means to come home after years of absence.
Duke may expect to pick up where they left off, but time rarely makes things that simple.
Jay must decide whether he can support his friend without being pulled into the dangerous mission driving him.
Gary “Gazzer” Kilroy
Richard Pepple plays Gary “Gazzer” Kilroy, Duke’s brother.
Gazzer appears to be one of the few people in this world who is not chasing money, influence, or power.
His focus is on his community and training young fighters. That keeps him connected to boxing, but his path is very different from the one Duke is following.
The brothers also share a strained relationship shaped by grief, time, and unresolved family wounds.
Gazzer may understand Duke’s pain better than most, but that does not mean he agrees with how Duke chooses to handle it.
He may also be one of the few people willing to challenge Duke directly when everyone else is either afraid of him or trying to use him.
A Fight That Goes Beyond the Ring
Boxing is Fightland’s foundation, but the series is also built around complicated families, old loyalties, betrayal, and ambition.
Duke returns believing he knows exactly who his enemies are. The people waiting for him in London may make that answer far less clear.
Everyone has a connection to the past Duke is trying to confront. They also have their own reasons for protecting what they have built.
For Duke, winning will require more than throwing the hardest punch.
He must decide who he can trust, what he is willing to sacrifice, and whether revenge will give him the victory he believes he needs.
