The Phantom Limb is a former member of the Guild of Calamitous Intent on The Venture Bros. Phantom Limb was born Hamilton G. Fantomos, a professor that lost his limbs in a freak accident. Fantomos then rose through the ranks of the Guild becoming a super-villain, Phantom Limb. Limb’s girlfriend was Sheila (aka Dr. Girlfriend), known as Queen Etheria while with him. Among his henchman was none other than the Monarch who stole Sheila and left his ranks to become his own villain. After nearly being killed and thrown ou tby the guild, Phantom Limb has last been seen with new prostechics and avenging those who wronged him.

When Sgt Hatred and Dr. Venture think the Monarch kidnapped Hank and Dean, they head back to Hatred’s old neighborhood, Malice, to get them back.
The Monarch is on trial for a crime he may not have committed after breaking up with Dr. Girlfriend. The boys and Dr. Orpheus are forced to testify.
