Rosemary Coulter

Actress Rosemary LeVeaux Coulter arrived in what is now called Hope Valley, hoping to rekindle her relationship with Mountie Jack Thornton. Jack had already found love with Elizabeth, but Rosemary remained in the quaint town. She ultimately fell in love with and married Leland Coulter, and the two, who together run The Valley Voice newspaper, are expecting their first child.
