Teddy is back! And she's all smies at the moment. It must be good to be back at Grey Sloan Memorial with her old friends and colleagues. A lot has changed since the last time she was there, including the hospital itself. A face lift was in order after that fire. Will the place look the same?

It took Nathan a long time to get past Megan's "death," and now he has to relive it all over again when she's alive but not in the best condition. It has to be like reliving the heartache all over again, with the extra paranoia of not knowing if he could lose her all over again. Poor Nathan!

Jackson is back, but is Japril? Who knows! Things were left uncertain in the finale when he never reunited with April after their trip in Montana, but he continued to get closer to Maggie. April saw something between them that even they haven't acknowledged yet. Is Jackson off the market now that Maggie is in his life, or are they just platonic?

Teddy is back and helping the team tend to Megan Hunt, but things are bound to get awkward. Teddy hasn't exactly been speaking to her former best friend Owen, since she left after Henry's death. Since she's left, he and Cristina are divorced, her former mentee is long gone, and Owen has remarried to Amelia, Derek's (who has since died) little sister. Will old feelings resurface? You miss a lot when you stay away from GSM for too long!

Nathan awaits an update while someone operates on his former fiancee. Or is she his current fiancee? Ex-lover? New lover? It's all so deliciously messy. Nathan won't be able to figure out the state of his relationship with Megan until she's in the clear.

Megan is with the best doctors in the country, so we're told, but that isn't enough to assuage Nathan's worry. He is impatiently waiting for more information on Megan's condition and a plan for what the others will do about it.

When Maggie finds herself in an awkward family dinner situation, will Alex give her advice and help her out?

Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 5 heads back to Iraq to show the events leading up to Megan's capture.

Owen and Abigail pull double duty working together to save a fellow soldier in need while in Iraq. The resident medics are there to save the day in "Danger Zone."
