Kane looks aghast, but even the Grounders accompanying him look a bit confused. Remember, these Grounders have been monitoring the blockade to make sure Sky People didn't cross the borders that Lexa installed. They haven't been to Polis in quite a while, and they apparently have just as little idea what's going on as Kane does.
Kane and Pike spot a probably-dead man strung up in the center of Polis. They realize very quickly that something is not quite right in the Grounder capital.
Kane decided to accompany Pike to Polis when Pike was captured by the Grounder blockade army (thanks to Bellamy). Little did he know that Polis would look very different this time around...
That's definitely Clarke that Bellamy is gazing at, isn't it? We already know, thanks to this episode's promo, that Bellarke has a moment, when Clarke tells Bellamy that they need each another. It's unlikely that Clarke is anywhere near ready to move on from Lexa yet, but Bellamy's feelings for Clarke are written all over his face. I mean, just look at him.
Octavia, like Jasper, is intently looking at something the group seems to have found together. Where the heck are they? This really cool lighting appears to indicate that they're in a ramshackle structure, like a hut with holes in the wall allowing light to trickle in. Is this Luna's house, perhaps?
Jasper is gazing up at something, either in fear or shock (or both). What kind of turn has the search for Luna taken? Or have the delinquents gotten sidetracked by something else altogether?
Bellamy's arc this season has been more than a bit painful to watch. The more he's been away from Pike, though, the more of himself he's recovering. He's been acting much more like his old self recently, and we have the influence of his fellow delinquents (especially Clarke) to thank for that.
Octavia was finally able to lay Lincoln to rest in the last episode, "Demons." She decided to accompany Clarke, Bellamy, and Jasper on the search for Luna. Will she allow her grief to fuel her or cripple her?
Before he died, Titus gave Clarke the Commander's armor. We know that she's supposed to hand it off to Luna once Luna takes the AI and becomes the Commander, but can she let Clarke keep the armor as a token of thanks? Our hero is really rocking this look.
Clarke is looking incredibly stressed out. In all likelihood, the search for Luna won't go so smoothly. All they have to go on is Lincoln's old journal and whatever he told Octavia about Luna.
Clarke, Jasper, and Bellamy are off to find Luna to implant the ALIE 2.0 chip in her head and defeat ALIE. Will they find Luna? Or more importantly: will they find her in time?
Bellamy did a lot of stupid, rash things this season, making bad decisions in the name of saving his people. He's finally pulled his head out of his you-know-where and come to his senses. Is it too little, too late?
Eighty-six days. On my last box of food, so... Really never thought I'd miss the Ark this much but, anyway. Jaha, if you're seeing this that would indeed mean you are not dead, so SCREW YOU!
