Conrad and Devon work to save the life of a fellow doctor who fell through a skylight while trying to figure out how and why it happened. Mina is tasked with showing Chastain’s new star cardiothoracic surgeon around the hospital. Meanwhile, Nic finds renewed enthusiasm when she uncovers an oncologist who used to work with Lane, but while paying him a visit, she fears that she’s being followed.
On The Resident Season 1 Episode 11, Conrad comes to Nic’s defense but might end up making things worse, and a patient catches fire at the hospital.

Conrad goes head-to-head with Lane when he disagrees with her over a treatment plan for a terminal cancer patient. Tensions between Jude and Conrad. When a VIP patient crosses the line with Nic, she must combat the situation. Meanwhile, Bell realizes he’ll need Mina’s hands more than ever.
