- Greta is watching Theo while Katherine is at work.
- Maggie and Gary head to birthing class to meet up with their new friends Graham and Brie.
- Sophie an Gina find the new encampment and search for Joseph.
- They ask a man there about him, but he seems distraught when he sees video of Joseph and runs off. Someone tells them that they'd have better luck if they brougth something before questioning everyone.
- Greta, Eddie, and Theo take the bird to the vet
- Rome and Gina interview homecare health aides.
- Sophie returns to the encampment and asks the guy again about Joseph whose first name is Alex and got taken out of there on a stretcher by the EMTs.
- Gary befriends a new guy at the birthing class, Evan, who is a comedian.
- They meet a guy who is a perfect fit, a Marine's son who seems like he can handle Walter.
- Gary is obsessed with Evan and Claire being their new best friends.
- The doctor tells them to euthanize the bird who isn't doing well.
- Theo doesn't handle it well.
- Theo thnks that it's giving up like Jon did so they talk about depression.
- Walter hits it off with the new healthcare home aid
- Walter calls Rome to tell him that he hates Terrence.
- Rome offers Walter Terrell's room to stay with them.
- Gina and Sophie learn that Joseph died.
- It inspires them to make sandwiches to pass out to the homeless.
- Theo notices that the bird left a nest full of babies.
- Maggie mentions that she may want to do a home birth.
- Gina sees Dustin, the worker that she helped who lost his wife a whilei back there when she's handing out sandwiches.
