May, Mack, Lincoln, and Yoyo, team up to infiltrate Hive's base as he prepares to launch his Inhuman gas upon all of creation.

Using the information Daisy gave them, S.H.I.E.L.D. works to stop Hive before he can accomplish creating his Inhuman army, leading them to a remote island where Hive is preparing to launch a missile. 

All of the agency works to stop Hive's launch, leading to an epic showdown between Lincoln and Hive, where he fries Hive's brains and memories using a version of the memory machine.

The team manages to capture Hive and put him in statis as the ATCU did, but Hive's plan isn't over.

A shipment is sent, which contains the transformation gas, and Fitz barely escapes with his life and humanity, but several other agents weren't as lucky.

They set Hive free, giving him access to the Zephyr, which was his goal all along. That's what he needed to spread it.

Daisy confronts Hive, begging him to control her again because the pain is intolerable. But he can't. Lash made her immune. She's angry, angrier than she's ever been, and her powers reflect that as she unleashes all of the pain and guilt Hive caused her back onto him.
