Michael deals with requests for unfrozen money; Lindsay protests the war; Tobias and Gob start a coffee company; Michael yells at Lucile for babying Buster.

George Sr. takes advantage of Gob’s bachelor party to try and capture evidence of his accountant in a compromising position for blackmail; Michael tries to prove he’s fun.

Gob tries to make the family yacht disappear; Lindsay and Maeby track down Lindsay’s grandmother; Tobias seeks George Sr.’s respect; and Michael tries to fire Kitty.

Gob steals a file from the government’s case against George Sr. that Maggie had given Michael; Tobias gets sent to Maggie’s to gather evidence.

When Michael learns the whole family has been on payroll for nothing, he makes them all get jobs within Bluth Company. Meanwhile, Tobias enters the prison with George Sr.

Michael falls for George Michael’s ethic teacher, whom George Michael also crushes on. Meanwhile, Lucille adopts a Korean son, Annyong.

When Michael learns that Marta has feelings for him, they decide to get Gob’s permission before taking things further; Meanwhile, Lindsay and Tobias get the bottom of his “never-nude” affliction.

Lucille throws a anniversary party for Tobias and Lindsay on Valentine’s Day. Michael gives a speech about love that makes Marta realize she likes him, while it makes Lindsay want a divorce.
