-After four men are exonerated of gang rape due to a technicality, two of them are shot to death.  Danny and Jackie try to find the vigilante.

-The victim and her family all check out.  Danny finds the detective who worked the original rape case holding a gun to the third man's head.  Turns out when the assailants walked, he snapped and has been seeking his own justice.  Danny manages to talk him down and he is arrested.

-A young man who won the Commissioner for the Day contest gets to follow Frank. His mother was murdered and the killer was never caught and he's bitter. Frank looks into the case.

-Frank tells the young man the truth.  His mother was a drug dealer who was murdered by another drug dealer. The only witness disappeared. Frank vows to make sure the case isn't dropped.

-Erin's ex, Jack Boyle comes back to town and goes up against Erin in court. He loses but says he may be moving back to stay. Erin tells him not to make promises to Nikki until he's sure.

-Jack comes to Nikki's sixteenth birthday party.  Erin drops the last name Boyle and goes back to using Reagan.
