Blue Bloods Season 10 Episode 1 shows Jamie and Eddie dealing with a big change while Jamie's siblings are struggling with tough cases and Frank must decide whether to tell a difficult truth to an old friend.

When Eddie is transferred to another department so that she won't be working for her husband, she and Jamie begin apartment hunting. Jamie's commanding officer refers them to a realtor who shows them a gorgeous apartment, but Jamie refuses to take it because the realtor is giving him a discount for being a Reagan. Eddie is disappointed but Jamie thinks it's a test of their integrity.

Later, they tell the commanding officer this and he says it confirms they will always take the high road. He then offers them a smaller rent controlled apartment. Jamie and Eddie love it.

Meanwhile, Maggie the psychic calls Danny and Baez in to investigate a year-old homicide. Baez is annoyed that Danny takes the case, especially because it gives Maggie an excuse to be around Danny. However, the investigation leads them to discover a serial killer who lures girls to the park using social media. Danny and Baez intercept the latest attempt to kidnap a girl, but so does Maggie, and she ends up kidnapped herself.

Meanwhile, Frank faces a dilemma of his own when his old pal Lenny again asks him for a favor. Lenny's daughter has been arrested and Lenny wants Frank to help her out. But Frank discovers this girl is not Lenny's daughter again and wonders if he should tell his old friend the truth.

And Erin and Anthony struggle to get a domestic abuse survivor to admit she is being abused so they can prosecute the abuser.
