Blue Bloods Season 12 Episode 16 revolves around seemingly unsolvable conflicts.

Soon after Eddie and her partner are called to the scene of an apartment complex where two neighbors are fighting, the seemingly humorous situation turns deadly. Danny and Baez are called back to the same scene when one of the neighbors is found dead and the other seems to have disappeared.

Danny works with Eddie on this case. He's pretty sure that Roger killed his neighbor, but can't prove it, and when Roger finally resurfaces he won't confess to anything.

Meanwhile, Anthony's feelings are hurt after his boss offers to promote him to Chief Investigator and Erin assumes that Crawford put Charlie up to it to separate them. Anthony doesn't think this job is really for him, but he takes it anyway out of spite.

Meanwhile, Officer Reddick, who used to work at 1PP, is shot, and the whole team feels guilty. IF they had been nicer to her and she'd stayed in the office, she never would have been shot. And to make matters worse, Reddick seems to have PTSD and Frank has found out that she's making excuses to stay in the hospital.
