Tourmaline visits the heads and wings of Dahlia and Bolero, and sees their ghosts manifest right on the ground.

The asshole guard, Dombey, doesn't want to investigate it.

Vignette and teh rest of the Row (lead by the Black Raven) give the two fallen Pixie's a proper send off.

Millworthy warns Philo that the Chancellor may go down without him speaking out, and Philo warns him that it isn't safe anymore.

Sophie visits the sick Pixies. She holds a Pixie's baby who is also ill from the disease.

Tourmaline tells Philo all about her visions, and Philo asks her for more info when he learns important details about the military man getting jumped.

Millworthy meets with Major Vir and offers him weapons, but the Major see's through his guise of innocence.

Philo tries to get some help to investigate, but doesn't get any help without threats.

Philo takes Darius to a safe place.

Millworthy gets taken to the Chancellor.

Jonah is loosing his mind.

Jonah asks Millworthy if he knew about the attack, and Millworthy denies all involvement.

Sophie proposes to open the row, and Jonah, through Millworthy, agrees to putting the fae back in factories.

One of Jonah's associates accuses Sophie of buying the factories, but he only wants the hard evidence.

Ezra struggles to keep the ruse that Imogen was kidnapped up.

He learns that Fergus, Agreus's valet, has been spreading the truth, angering Ezra.

Philo brings Tourmaline to the spire, where she saw the vision of the Black Raven's leaders getting killed.

Philo clibs up to the the top of the spire, where he finds the bodies of Dahlia and Bolero.

Philo wants to force visions to appear, so he cuts open one of the bodies.

Tourmaline places her hands inside the body and sees a vision of the Row completely under attack by whatever attacked the previous dead people.

She panics when the attacker attacks her in vision form.

Vignette wants to plot revenge against the people who killed Dahlia and Bolero. She tries to rally the Black Raven to fight for their rights and lives.

Tourmaline enters the house she has been unable to enter due to fear.

She runs into Darius, and assures him that the isn't tresspassing and it's not her place.

Sophie starts to feel sympathy for the fae, even moreso than her fae friend that she is hiding.

The real goal: make Sophie Chancellor.

Ezra tries to get Fergus to tell him where his sister went, and tries to lie to get him to give up the info.

Fergus tells Ezra that her and Agreus got captured.

Ezra stabs Fergus in the neck, leaving him to die.

Vingette doesn't take the news well that a creature killed Dahlia and Bolero, not a human. She still wants revenge on Dombey for shooting Oona.

She gives Philo a choice, with the fae, or with the humans?
