In an attempt to sabotage April's chances of getting her memoir published, Ellie uses her social media fame and networking skills to jumpstart her own career. Ellie even goes as far as to try to use April's life story as her own.

April contemplates if it's too early to get back on the dating scene after losing Leo. She finally opens up to Sara about her true feelings towards Dominic.

Dominic considers moving away from Boston to start a new life which doesn't sit well with April.

Beth is having a hard time getting her fashion line started. She wonders if she can truly make it as a fashion designer on her own, or if she should've continued working for her old boss, Jaclyn. Beth eventually reveals some shocking news to April that will put a damper on her fashion career.

Sara finds the courage to finish the 10k run that she's worked hard and trained for.

Brenna and Finn go on their first official date as a couple. With Finn's declining health, the two wonder if they should take their relationship to the next level.
