Liliana's brother shows up at the door while she is with Dr. Charles. He tells her in Polish that he hurt himself. He asks Charles for pain meds. Charles says they have no pain meds here. He looks at the injury. It's a dislocated shoulder. Brother says he can pop back the shoulder himself, can't he just have a prescription? Charles suggests they go to the hospital together.

Asher tells Maggie how nothing happened when she invited Ripley over. She is now mortified and thinks he's not into her.

Zola comes in freezing and also doesn't get Easter. She tells Maggie she is not religious and celebrates no holidays. She and Tanaka-Reid have to tend to a patient who is having trouble breathing. The man needs a lung transplant but has been holding onto faith. He has to be intrubated.

Archer sees a pregnant patient who burned herself on the coffee maker because of her large stomach. Her manager insisted she come in. Archer says this just needs ice. Her husband shows up. He thinks she is having the baby. Archer says they don't need to deliver today. Tyler says the baby needs to be delivered today. Tyler thinks he is telepathic and says the baby is in distress so he wants an OB down here now.

A transplant doctor tells Marcel that the patient has too much infected tissue even if he did have lungs to give him. Marcel and Zola don't like that, and Morris doesn't like them. Marcel wants to removve the lungs and do ECHMO. Morris disapproves and says they're on their own.

Asher checks the baby out and the ultrasound says everything is fine. Tyler insists the machines are wrong. His wife wants him to be given a psych consult.

Asher asks Archer what he thinks. He says weaponizing mind control is a waste of time and money. He's grouchy because he's supposed to see Margo and she's nervous.

Charles shows up and asks Ripley to look at Lilian'as brother. Asher and Archer have an awkward exchange and Archer asks what that's about.

Charles talks to Tyler who is annoyed and says that his wife thinks he has PTSD because their daughter died of SIDS.

Archer asks Charles isn't this PTSD? Maybe. Charles says he doesn't think that Tyler is open to counseling right now.  Asher goes to check on Becca.

Meanwhile Ripley works on Lilian's brother and relocates hs shoulder. They give him ice.

Kendall is upset. Maggie says don't give up yet, there could be a miracle. Kendall says her husband is so generous and when will it be his turn to get? Doris calls Ahmad to see another patient. The guy was found frozen solid, not sure he's alive. He has a rod or something in his chest. He is a known criminal. Can't be declared dead til he warms up. He has to be thawed o ut.

Pawel complains he can't make a fist and it wasn't like that before he game in. He asks again for a prescription.

Charles asks Ripley if he can find evidence that Pawel hurt himself on purpose. Ripley says you can't tell from the x-rays. Charles says he is worried about Pawel because he went through a tough time before.

Marcel goes ahead with the lung removal. Ahmad watches. Someone is asking for her downstairs.

Leo's girlfriend is here. She is upset about the rod in his eye but says she is power of attorney for him. Ahmad tells her his circulation has returned but they're worried about brain damage. There's a small chance he will come through but she should prepare for the worst. The girlfriend has a black eye but doesn't want Ahmad to look at it.

Asher says Becca's labs look good except her blood pressure is too high. She might have pre-eclampsia, so they should induce labor. Tyler says Yes! Becca says okay. They have to wait for a delivery room. Becca is mad at Tyler and doesn't want to see him. She sends him to the waiting room. She's mad he's getting his way.

Charles notices in the waiting room that Tyler is in pain. Tyler says he has a sore arm on and off and has for the past month.

Echmo is not going to work if they can't stabilize the heart (why why why are they not using OR 2.0)? What are they supposed to do now?

Margo is going on and on about opioid addiction treatment. She realizes she's talking too much. Archer says she's passionate about what she does. He doesn't seem to know what to say and says he's rusty because he hasn't been on a date in a while. Margo isn't sure this counts as a date. But dinner tomorrow would count, if he's free. Charles interrupts, needing to talk to Archer. Margo hopes Archer will call him later.

Ahmad takes some blood from Leo. She tells Trini to take the blood to the lab. She asks Marcel how Carson is. Marcel says he's okay for the time being but they have to fill his chest cavity to stabilize his heart. He can't find anything. Ahmad is staring at Leo's girlfriend and says she has an idea.

Marcel decides to use breast implants. Tanaka-Reed is not happy with this idea.

Charles thinks Tyler might have MS. Psychiatric issues can be the earliest tell of MS. The only way is to diagnose is with an MRI but Tyler won't consent.. Charles thinks Archer should convince him.

Marcel says to Kendall this is experimental so they don't know how long Carson will survive. They have to find him a donor. Ahmad says she may have a lead on a new pair of lungs. She thinks they should see if frozen guy is a match. Marcel says tell me the steps to see if he is brain dead.  They can't check to see if the lungs are a match until they confirm the guy is dead. Zola gets annoyed and calls him Professor Snape before wlaking off.

Becca is in labor.  Asher feels cord.

Archer tries to tell Tyler that he needs an MRI to prove telepathy. Tyler doesn't buy that nonsense. Archer tries to tell him the truth. Tyler is skeptical and thinks "the psychiatrist" has put him up to it. Cord prolapse has happened so they need to do a C-section.

Asher needs Ripley to hold the baby in place while they get Becca upstairs.

Becca is sorry that she didn’t listen to Tyler. Asher says Tyler can’t be in the OR.

Archer says the guy did call it. Tyler gets dizzy all of a sudden.

Ahmad tells the girlfriend she thinks Leo is brain dead. She asks her if they discussed Leo being an organ donor. No, all he said was he wanted to go to the Grand Canyon. Ahmad asks her to make the decision.  He’s gone, you don’t have to be afraid of him anymore. She tells her about Carson’s situation. She says she checked and Leo’s a match. This guy runs a homeless shelter and food bank. Kimmy doesn’t know many men who are good guys like that.  Ahmad convinces her that Leo needs a better legacy than pain and suffering. Kimmy asks to sign papers.

Becca's C-section begins. The baby is delivered. Color looks good, he is crying. They dodged a bullet.

Charles has given Tyler the news. Tyler thinks they want to prove he has an incurable disease. He says after Chloe died no one could tell him what was wrong with Chloe when she died. Now he has a connection with his baby boy and everyone says something's wrong. Tyler insists he has been given a gift and he saved Becca and the baby.

Marcel stops Ahmad and says we are supposed to wait 24 hours. All of a sudden the guy wakes up!

Leo is fine now and the cops are ready to talk to him. Archer asks what the hell happened. Marcel says that a bladder thermometer was used. Archer says that is not accurate and that's why we don't do it this way. He sends Zola home and says Marcel is supposed to be her supervisor. This shouldn't have happened.

Ripley finds Asher in the locker room. He's excited about the procedure. Maybe he got into the wrong specialty. And the way she took control, us working together... Asher says about the other night, I thought we were some thing more... Ripley touches her and says is this oaky? I'm not good at reading minds. Doris interrupts gossiping with someone about Leo waking up all of a sudden.

Archer tells Charles maybe he's wrong. Charles hopes so.

Ripley is leaving with Asher when he gets served. Pawel is suing him.

Daniel confronts Pawel and throws him out.

Marcel tells Zola he knows she performed the donor match check she wasn't supposed to perform. She says if she's fired her career is over.
