Meg and her best friend Markayla are abducted by a smiling woman named Paige who pretends to be the mother of a fake boy named "Bobby".

Paige is in reality working in concert with another kidnapper who is hidden behind the back sat of the SUV. When the girls begin to suspect something is wrong, the male kidnapper dopes them with a drug, causing them to pass out.

Markayla manages to escape, but Meg can't. She begins to plot her strategy to stay alive.

At first, the BAU suspect that a sex trafficking ring is involved, but later learn that Meg has been abducted by a ring of sociopaths, who've been kidnapping girls and young women and later killing them. They also discover that many end up being trafficked outside of the country.

Garcia is horrified to discover that the group is so well organized that they've removed all digitial evidence of their exchanges with both of the girls.

Too soon, she discovers that Meg has been auctioned off.
