- Callie has a nightmare about the trial and that she's the one on stand.
- Impostor montage of all the charcters facing off with the questions that haunt them.
- Isabeall didn't miscarry. Dennis called Gael, and he was there for Isabella.
- Tommy admits that he was in a relationship with Zach and his father is irate over him admitting it outloud and almost gets physical.
- Katheleen says their best option is putting Tommy on the stand. Tommy asks Callie's opinion, and she says it might help so he agrees.
- Kathleen's former partner tells her he cut a deal with the Feds and she has about 48 hours to make a deal.
- Tommy's father tells Kathleen that if he doesn't put Tommy on the stand, he'll tell her where Albert's wife is which will get the Feds off her back.
- Callie tells Kathleen that she suspect she's keeping something from her.
- Mariana talks to Callie about her feelings on Gael and how she thinks Callie is still caught up on Jamie.
- Dennis gets all of his permits and paperwork for the truck. He tells her he visited the children's ward and that he pledged to take the truck up there once a week to feed all the parents who were just like him not wanting to leave their kids. He tells Davia that she's the reason she's still there when she tells him how proud of him she is.
- Malika gets the position at her job over Dyonte.
- Mariana goes for the job interview and learns that they are doing the exact same app as Bulk Beauty and are being funded by Jackie, the woman who declined Mariana when they were looking for funding.
- The comics get a leaked email from the HR department stating that Alice will win the money and competion because it looks good with the uprise in focus on Asians and Margaret Cho hosting and directing.
- Angelica's ex, the city councilwoman, Lucia Morales, offers Malika a job at her office because she was impressed with Malika's campaign. Dyonte and Malika's current boss have reservations about it.
- Katheleen chooses not to call anymore witnesses but then changes her mind and calls Tommy to the stand even though it'll hurt her. She tells Callie to question him.
- The ADA tells Jamie to question Tommy to rile up Callie and Jamie refuses despite the threat of getting fired. The ADA does it instead and goads Tommy to explode but Kathleen does the cross and has a tearful Tommy speak directly to the jury.
- Mariana meets with Jackie after asking Evan for a glowing recommendation, and she convinces her to hired her for Revitalization Beauty. Jackie brings up that the similiarties are coincidental.
- Alice and Margaret Cho hosts the comedy venue at the Palace beneath the Coterie.
- Mariana: I got the job. Now let's burn Revilize Beauty to the ground.
- Mariana got the job and it's part ofa larger plan with her Bulk Beauty friends who have all forgiven her.
- The showcase goes well.
- Davia ponders who she should choose.
- gael tells Isabella that he's with her 100 percent and doesn't want her to leave.
- Gael breaks up with Callie, they break up with each other
- Alice tells Sumi that they should just be friends.
- Isaac shows up after Dyonte leaves.
- Jackie was with Evan when he sent the text. Jackie knows about Evan.
- Callie thinks of Wilson interrogating her on the stand and asking her why she's here and has strayed so far from her dreams. He asks her why she's leaving.
