The team is one the scene where the man was pulled over by a car. Kono discovers the car from the traffic stop burned. 

Danny and Steve track down another bounty hunter who tells them that the man they are looking for is an ex-cop. 

Danny goes to see Rachel at the park, where she tells him that Charlie is severely sick. Rachel reveals to Danny that Charlie is his son. 

Steve and the team are after Andrew, but he is caught by the second bounty hunter named Richie. 

Richie turns Andrew over to the father of the murdered college student who plans to torture him. Steve and Danny must track both down before something goes wrong.
