- Max and Murphy talk about getting married.
- Felix and Leslie show up to help Murphy and Max get ready for the event.
- Darnell and Sarah make up.
- Josh keeps calling and is still obsessed about Murphy getting a court date until he finds out that she got a deal.
- He goes and bugs the chief of police's office.
- Josh listens in on the information the chief is getting and spirals out of control again.
- Darnell and Murphy are at the event and someone comes to check the money to see if the donation is right.
- Darnell and Murphy meet up with the bankroller and he only wants to deal directly with Murphy. He hits on her.
- Josh starts piecing things together and looking at bank routing information to see where the money was coming from with the drug deal so he can use it to track down where Murphy is. He figures out that it's James McKay.
- McKay wanted Murphy in the room because she's blind and couldn't ID him He also wants to pick up where he left off with Murphy.
- The others look to get into the security room and Max's uses his positon to trick a janitor into letting him in. They get in and pull up the security footage from the room Murphy is in.
- Gene and Sarah are staking out Trey.
- Trey is suspicous when Darnell isn't there and the cops roll in and bust Trey.
- Josh calls the hotel where Mckay is and speaks to McKay. He tells McKay who Murphy is and what she's up to.
- McKay confronts Murphy.
- Mckay starts choking Murphy and Felix and Max go to get to her. Max and the doorman fight and Felix subdues him. Max comes in and beats up MCkay.
- Max ushers Murphy to the elevator. Mckay cmoes out, grabs the guard's gun, shoots at Max before the doors close and is shocked by his actions.
- Murphy is relieved that they're in the elvator until she realizes that Max got shot in the torson.
- Max gets rushed to the hospital and is still in surgery.
- They tell Murphy that Max is dead. The bullet damaged his pulmonary artery. Murphy and Felix are both shocked and Murphy asks to see him.
- Felix takes Murphy to see Max and say goodbye.
