Tim, Art and others take a caravan on the road as a decoy.  Boyd and Nick send Colt and another out to take out Drew on his way out of town.  Knowing they're in trouble, Tim circles the wagons to keep his crew alive.

Meanwhile, Raylan, Bob, and Rachel are with Drew attempting to get him out of town another way.  As Boyd teams up with more of Nick's people, they find Raylan hiding out in a high school.  Thanks to Bob's plan, they eventually sneak Drew out on a train.

Also, Nick forces Johnny to admit that he loves Ava, and that he ratted on Boyd to Wynn Duffy.
