On Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 13 Episode 6, Kim rushes home to help Kanye after his mental breakdown. After adding more dates to his tour, Kanye breaks down and cancels a handful of shows. It's only a matter of time before he walks away from his show all together because of exhaustion (and other unknown factors), and Kim leaves New York to be with him. 

She was in NYC to go to the Angel Ball, which was honoring her father, and to make her first red carpet appearance post-Paris. She's on a plane back to LA within a matter of hours, and Khloe, Kris and Kourtney go to the event without her. The family is concerned about both Kim and Kanye, but we do not get a lot of answers about what really went down. 

Elsewhere, Kendall and Kylie find out Vogue wants to review their new fashion line. Kendall is nervous to jeopardize her already established career in the fashion business, but Kylie and Kris reassure her everything will be OK. They walk through goes well, and the writer gives Kendall and Kylie a rave review.

Khloe's best friend Malika comes home from filming Famously Single season two, and she is in a new relationship with Ronnie from the Jersey Shore. Khloe is skeptical that the relationship with last, and the duo deals with the distance between them.
