Law & Order: SVU Season 20 Episode 11 revolves around a celebrity plastic surgeon and his girlfriend, who are accused of raping a young woman named Ava.

When Ava is found wandering the streets and ringing doorbells to get help after she is raped, SVU is called in. Ava remembers nothing and has a ton of drugs in her system. She says she went to a party, blacked out after drinking water this woman gave her, and woke up tied up in a bed. She untied herself and ran away. She soon realizes both a man and a woman raped her.

The alleged rapists are soon identified but claim that the encounter was consensual and that Ava gave them the drugs. The accused are a famous doctor with a reality show and his girlfriend, who claim to be into consensual threesomes. Eventually, the cops get a search warrant for their home and find videos of unconscious women having sex, including Ava. The Barrons are arrested but insist the encounter was consensual and make it their first order of business to go on a talk show to vilify Ava when they are released pending trial. Ava doesn't want to press charges anymore and the other victims claim the encounters were consensual, making this case hard to crack. However, Carisi finds a child porn video on Heath Barron's computer.

The girl in question is a 14 year old who disappeared about 14 or 15 years ago named Cici Taylor. Benson talks to the father, who is doubly grieving because his wife died last year and says that Cici was insecure because she wasn't popular and didn't think she was pretty. He has never had closure after her disappearance. The cops also go to where Heath lived when in medical school and find a decomposing body in a wall.

The body turns out not to be Cici's. Benson has an idea and calls Sadie in. Sadie's denials lead Benson to realize that Sadie is the missing girl.
