Law & Order: SVU Season 24 Episode 9 revolves around Noah's desire to connect with a half-brother he found on a genealogy sie.

Benson is worried when Noah is spending a lot of time on his phone, and is even more concerned when Noah tells her he has connected with his half-brother and wants to visit him for Christmas.

Benson asks Fin to run a background check. Noah doesn't understand why she's reluctant to take him to meet Connor. She wants to keep him safe. The background check is clean and Noah wants to go so Benson takes him.

Connor and Noah get along great and Noah wants to spend the night. Benson sadly goes to her motel by herself, where she discovers a hidden camera when she gets out of the shower. She calls Rollins, who offers to come up to help investigate. Rollins wants to give Benson her notice in person, as she's taken another job, but first the women plot together to take down the perp.

Meanwhlie, Muncy has to testify in the trial of a perp who she hit with a radio.
