Manfred has a nightmare of him dragging a shovel down the main street in Midnight, then preparing a grave, then standing menacingly in front of a sleeping Creek.

Creek questions him about his nightmare. She still wants to leave Midnight and wants him to come with her. He doesn't want to leave.

His nose starts bleeding black stuff again. He knows something is wrong. When he turns around in the bathroom, he sees his boots in the corner and they are muddy -- like in his dream.

Bobo and Fiji are using her witch powers for up in the air sex. 

Olivia returns home from a job and wakes up Lem who is asleep in his coffin in the floor.

Joe is taking a jog and meets up with his boyfriend who is doing yoga.

Manfred is eating breakfast at the diner but he's distracted. He's hearing voices telling him to do evil things. Creek interrupts his thoughts. The Reverend is there too.

Olivia shares information about the new hotel owners. It's a spa retreat that is fully booked for the next month.

Manfred has flashbacks to his dream (or reality of digging a grave.)

Manfred is confident that the new hotel will go out of business. Still, Olivia makes plans for all of them to go to the grand opening.

Manfred is in his RV in the desert. He tapes his phone to his chest.

Olivia gets home to find a hot bath waiting for her via Lem. 

Manfred wakes up and checks his phone. It seems that he went for a walk while he was asleep. When he goes to see where he went, he finds he's been digging graves. Xylda shows up and he's surprised to see her.

She wants him to tell everyone about his dreams and what he's been doing. She wants more information. She fears he might still have a demon in him and takes him to a church to have him dip his hands in holy water, but nothing happens.

The gang shows up at the hotel's grand opening.

Patience introduces herself to Fiji, Creek, Olivia and The Reverend. Olivia is very skeptical as to why they're here.

Manfred has another vision of him drowning The Reverend in the healing pool. He leaves just before Kai makes his grand appearance and walks on water.

Kai is interrupted by a man who wants to be healed in time to walk his daughter down the aisle. Kai agrees to help him and the guy enters the pool.

Something happens when Kai gets close to the guy's mouth, and miraculously, the guy is healed and can walk.

Manfred is back in the RV talking with Xylda. She doesn't trust him around Creek. He doesn't trust himself.

Bob and Joe are bartending. Lem is acting like a bouncer.

Fiji gives Bobo a key to her place. He's thrilled. They can't keep their hands off each other.

Olivia talks to Joe's boyfriend about not trusting Kai. Joe gets into it with a patron, but Lem steps in just in time.

Manfred is trying to get tanked. He gets himself arrested by being drunk. Xylda joins him in jail. He wakes up in bed (it's probably another dream) and there's blood on him and on her pillow and all over.

He goes to the diner and she's okay. She's upset with him and he tells her he was in the drunk tank. She knows something is going on.

As she continues talking, he hears voices again telling him to do bad things. He's kind of changed now.

Olivia is in a session with Patience. It's just a way to get her into the hotel so she can investigate what's going on.

She finds Kai talking to a painting which she finds extremely strange.

Manfred finds information in an old book that might have some answers to his situation. Some old uncle of him tells him the black crap is demon residue that is taking over him and will cause him to lose his mind. The uncle says there is no cure unless he kills himself.

Fiji and Bobo are going at it in the bar like newlyweds until Bobo sees a broken window. No one stole anything from the safe.

Manfred tells Xylda he has demon cancer. He's the one who broke into the pawn shop stealing a chest of weapons. Xylda changes all of a sudden by encouraging him to give in to his temptations starting with Creek. He's hallucinating and the evil is showing.

Joe is taking out garbage when he's accosted by the guy from earlier. It turns out that he's a demon. They fight and more guys join the fun until a bearded guy shows up and helps Joe out. Joe starts ripping out demon hearts.

Even though bearded guy is human, he's created a heart taker outer that is kind of cool.

Creek is in the bathroom and finds Manfred's "bloody" tissues. She takes a picture and texts it to someone then leaves but Manfred is there being all weird. He pulls out a knife. He's possessed. She shocks him and she runs out.

Bobo is taking inventory. It turns out that Creek texted the picture to Fiji. They go to Creek's place but no one is there. 

Manfred has Olivia in the car. He told her that Creek has run off, but Creek is tied up in the back. He takes them to the desert where the graves are.

Olivia is suspicious and pulls out a knife. Somehow he knocks her out and is dragging her to one of the graves and pushes her in.

he goes back to get Creek, but she's escaped and knocks him out with a tire iron. She can't escape though because there are no keys in the car. When she tries to get them out of Manfred's pocket he wakes up and starts choking her. Lem shows up and puts him to sleep. Somehow he swallowed whatever was possessing Manfred and vomits it all up. Olivia is okay too.

The team ties up Manfred and Fiji is performing a ritual on him. Creek is very upset. Manfred demands that they kill him before he kills all of them.

The Rev shows up with Kai and Patience. Olivia is not happy. The Rev believes however.

Kai steps in and tries to heal Manfred. He says a couple of magic words and Manfred seems all better. All of a sudden a fountain of demon junk comes out of his mouth and then Kai takes some of it in himself. It's weird.

Did anyone else see the smoke Kai took in from Manfred's mouth?

Manfred apologizes for lying to the Midnighters about not telling them the truth. They forgive him.

Creek isn't there though. When he gets home he finds her packing up. She's leaving for Austin. She's done with the supernatural stuff. He's ready to go with her but she doesn't want him with her.

He doesn't want to let her go, but he does, waking up the next morning in bed alone.

Fiji and Bobo talk marriage and start making out again. Jeez. He carries her into their house because appearently he's moving in. However, the house doesn't seem too happy as her plants start dying.

Kai is back talking to the painting, and surprise, surprise, there's a hidden wall behind it that holds the head of Colconnar. Kai vows to avenge the great demon.
