- Iggy puts himself on a dating site.
- Max notices that he can't sign and wants to learn to communicate with Wilder better.
- Floyd's father comes to to hospital and asks if he wants to go fishing, but Floyd declines even though it's what he's been asking for.
- Lauren and Bunstetter spotted a patient for her meds and Lauren brings it up to Max who has a new pitch to make.
- Wilder's patient needs a surgery and needs his arm amputated. He doesn't want it done because it's Canaan Ochoa, the starting pitcher for a professinal baseball team.
- WIlder wants to get him declared unfit, but Iggy won't do it.
- After talking to Ochoa, Iggy tells Wilder to cancel the surgery.
- A jumper is broug into the ER and one of the paramedics bringing him in, Mike, passes out and has issues breathing.
- Max's NA-TM plan where people can substitute their prescriptions for cash to meet other needs works well until a woman's prescription expired and she doesn't get funds.
- The paramedic is dry drowning.
- Iggy and Wilder are arguing over Canaan's care. She wants to go ahead and do it, and almost goes through with it until she backs down. But she tells him how he offends her for thinking he must die because he isn't what he used to be.
- Max gets shut down with his program.
- Horace and Floyd go fishing but get chased out when it's a no trespassing zone and get into a fight about it.
- Iggy doesn't get any hits on his dating app.
- The parameidc, Mike, dies.
- Iggy tells Floyd that his father may have bipolar.
- Max comes up with a website plan that sets people to help each other.
- Max tells Wilder in ASL that he's grateful for their friendship.
