Today on One Life to Live, Natalie becomes infuriated when she realizes Jared tricked her into going to the ranch with him under false pretenses. Jared pours out his heart to Natalie as he professes his love for her and regrets having chosen money over what they could have had together. Jared implores Natalie not to make the same mistake he did and asks her to give them a second chance.

Starr tries to keep a brave face as she and Cole settle in at a dumpy beachside boarding house. As an out of control Todd runs around town casting blame for Starr running away, Blair turns to John for help. Blair reaches her breaking point with Todd when he refuses to take any responsibility for the problems he's caused.

Dorian gets quite a shock when she confronts Langston demanding answers on a pregnancy book she finds. To protect Starr, Langston lies that she's pregnant.

The friction between Antonio and the newly coupled John and Talia grows.
