- Angela drives into Oak Bluffs with her daughter Nikki and aunt Piggy.
- Angela is emotional while there because they're there to make her mother's dream come true. Opening a popup store about black haircare Eve's Crown
- The Duponts arrive at the summer home off a private jet and Leah and Raymond hope to work on their marriage.
- Angela arrives at the house hermother had a deed to. Her aunt says her mother never wanted to come back because of Angela's father. Angela never met him.
- Angela flashes back to how she was supposed to meet her father, but he only showed up to pay off Angela's mother and Angela never got to see him.
- Angie scores them an in with the Franklin Dupont shindig that her mother used to work as a maid at, and she intends to network to get her haircare/beauty popup store clientale.
- Quincy Dupont makes friendy with Nikki along with Taylor, but Lauren Dupont interrupts and is rude.
- Angie introduces herself to Leah and Raymond and talks up her haircare line, hoping to get consideration for his business. She offers a donation of only one hundred dollars and attempts to give it to them directly because she didn't know about the donation box. A social faux pas.
- Tyrique, who has been eyballing Angie since she arrived, makes an introduction.
- Leah confronts her father Franklin about his dirty dealings to get their stadium built and he reminds her of the generaltional wealth they're trying to uphold.
- Joe Morton pontificates glorious
- Teddy tells Leah that everything he does is to beat a system that was rigged against them and demand respect.
- Raymond tells Quincy that he wants him to be a King becuase that's their legacy.
- Angela asks Josephine to nominate her at Leah Franklin's event to get support and as a member even though she's out of her element.
- She gets an invitation to a party by Tyrique.
- Someone defaces the Dupont family photo with lies, it looks like Taylor. Nikki finds someone screaming Taylor. The girl things Taylor went overboard and Nikki starts screaming for help.
- Angela and Tyrique kiss, but Nikki interrupts them with a phone call. Anglea goes to the yacht party.
- Taylor is alive but Lauren lies and says that Nikki was with Taylor when she went overboard and that she's drunk. All the parents refuse to take them to them to the station.
- Raymond inducts his son Quincy into the Kingship.
- Jospephine nominates Angela for the Graceties Society Sisterhood, but Leah seems to have reservations about her and puts her on snacks at the first event.
- Nikki hates that her mother is so obsessed with ladder climbing into the elite.
- Nikkie finds Taylor's phone in her purse and sees a video on it of Lauren kissing Taylor. They were in a secret relationship.
- Leah finds out that Angela is a "disruptor" and that her family has a long dark history there. Her mother in law wants her to take care of it.
- The stylist at the mother daught event falls through so Angela steps up and does hair even though Leah hates that she took over.
- Nikki tries to comfort Lauren when she sees her emotional and lets her know that she's aware of her relationsip with Taylor. Lauren says she can't come out of the closet in their society, and when Leah comes near she lies and says Nikki has been harassing her.
- Leah reveals that Angela's mother was a maid there and that she was arrested for distributing, upsetting Angela and bringing her to tears.
- Leah kicks her father out of the company and tells him she's taking over and threatens to turn over all of his misdeeds and dirty secrets to the FBI.
- Josephine gives Angela all the information she has on Angela's mother supposedly dealing drugs from her business. She watches a video footage of the interrogation of her mother and Teddy is there. Angela recognizes the watch and deduces that he's her father.
- She goes to get her wig back from Leah. They talk about being similar.
- Flashbacks show that Leah was in the car when Teddy came to visit.
