Teresa is throwing a grand party to celebrate breaking ground on the waterfront property and schmooze with the government officials, business, and nonprofit bigwigs, as well as others connected with the cartel. Everything seems to go well and many of the business owners call later, interested in the retail space.

Castel doesn’t show up at the party but sends a subordinate. She doesn’t want to partner with Teresa in Europe. She fears Teresa has grown too big and may be a threat to her business. She won’t meet with or speak directly with Castel.

Kelly Anne’s new attorneys got all of the charges dropped against Marcel Dumas and he is set free. He’s invited to Teresa’s party but he doesn’t show. He says he’s through with Teresa. Even when Teresa comes to see him to make amends, he turns her away.

When one of Marcel’s underlings, Reggie, tries to take over part of his business because he thinks Marcel is weak, Marcel kills Reggie. Then Marcel says he’s done and he tells Cedric the business is his.

Boaz and his crew go to New Orleans and try to take out Teresa but she and James escape. At the same time in Phoenix, Taza and two of his men are killed.

When Teresa can’t get in touch with George, she calls Boaz who admits he killed George. Then he says he’s coming for everyone she cares about, including Pote and Kelly Anne.

James gets a private plane ready and tries to get Teresa to leave the country, but she refuses to do so.

Pote and Kelly Anne get their first ultrasound of their baby and are both thrilled. Pote goes outside for a smoke. He gets a text from Teresa warning him that Boaz is coming. He runs back inside to find many of the staff at the doctor’s office have been gunned down and Kelly Anne is missing.
