Mildred is caught by Bucket, who listens into her giving Andrews a lobotomy. 

Mildred confides in her, saying she was never a registered nurse, but always wanted to help people. 

This strikes a chord with Bucket, who says they can both win. 

Gwendolyn tells Mildred she has cancer but Mildred has money from Lenore because Charlotte killed Hanover. 

Henry has Lenore killed and fumes when he learns that his mother took the money from him and gave it to charity and to her monkey. 

Henry is told that he is to live in a psychiatric facility for the rest of his life. 

Charlotte goes on the run with Mildred promising to send money. 

Bucket makes Huck the head nurse, and things will be changing. 

A nurse asks about a doctor and Bucket says they don't need them.
