Harry ponders how much longer until he becomes more human than alien.

He's imagining driving Max to grandma's house and they are bickering. But it was inside of the capsule, where we last saw them.

Harry wakes to a doctor shining a light into his eyes. He suffered a head trauma. He remembers that he is an alien here to kill everyone, and he tells the doctor.

Asta confides in Dan and thinks he'll accompany her to find Max. Dan's gotta cook eggs.

At Ben and Kate's, Max is home, and she is shocked. Until the flashback, I forgot about how they beat down the agents. Kate and Ben are totally turned on by it and talking baby talk. Asta slinks out, and Max says to meet him in 20 minutes.

Mike and Liv are trying to figure out what happened at Harry's after finding the severed foot. Mike has the story better than he imagined when he considers the perp with four arms.

The ship is in a local park, and Max thinks it's so cool. Asta thought she was done with all this shit. Asta finds blood and rushes off to find Harry.

Harry is giving the hospital staff an astronomy lesson about his planet, saying it looks like a big boob and something is the nipple. A little girl is carrying a stuffed octopus, which Harry grabs thinking it's his cousin.

Asta gets a call from the hospital and finds Harry under the impression that he's Lenny Briscoe, and Asta is his informant, hooker Cosette.

Ben is acting like he's on top of the world. Dang. He's lost weight. He's got his foot on Mike's desk when Mike suggests he get it off. Ben says he's only removing it because the position bothers his sciatica.

Sahar helps Max guard the ship with her usual sarcasm and wit.

Kate has just become addicted to chaos, which manifests as she knocks a vase of flowers off of the kitchen island with the skill of a cat. But Max isn't in his room.

Max and Sahar are in the park when Ben finds them. They have to leave with him just as a couple of teams hit the baseball pitch. D'Arcy is the catcher. Judy is watching the game. She and D'Arcy rib each other as usual.

Ben and Kate are still gushing over each other as they give Kate their statements and help her draw the suspects. The more they talk about hitting, the closer to throwing down on the floor they get.

Max and Sahar call Asta to warn her about the game. Asta is looking for Harry, and he's wearing a big suit much like Briscoe's.

Asta is telling Harry about her dead friend, Harry Benderspegel (as Harry calls him). Asta is trying to get Harry to remember who he is.

The octopus is calling for Harry and notices that Harry is dim. The octopus calls Asta an idiot, which she hears, and Harry realizes who he is and rushes off to the park to get his ship. It's not going well, and Asta cuts the electricity.

Harry's ship is damaged. And it looks like a fly.

Mike's dad comes to visit because he knows what day it is. A man died six years ago, and Mike still buys him a coffee. Dad says he can't run from it forever.

Harry gets into the craft, says goodbye, and comes back to the door. It won't fly.

The electricity is all over the place.

Mike and Kate are engaging in horseplay, BDSM, and all kinds of stuff.

Harry gets a survival kit that will keep him alive so he can kill everyone. But he'll just blend in instead, he tells Asta.

As Harry contemplates humanity, Dan drops by to say it looks like his leg grew back well.

Max is waiting for Harry. He's so excited to see him. Harry doesn't like the touching. He did not consent!

Harry blames Max for his being stuck on the planet. Max won't have it. He knows that Harry likes him and nothing will change it. Harry treated him like he was his dad. So Harry takes Max over his lap and spanks him. This is so inappropriate, Max says. Harry says, "this is why we cannot have nice things." Max gets pushed and starts the "I know you are, but what am I" game, and Harry tries to explain why he's not understanding.

Harry calls him a dumb little shit pocket and goes into his room.

Harry then recalls saving Max and congratulates himself for not being human.

D'Arcy comes by with a tandem bike, and she and Asta take off on a fun ride.

Ethan hasn't been at the clinic. After ribbing D'Arcy, D'Arcy tells Asta that Jay told her about them. And then they talk about how D'Arcy and Jay slayed Jimmy for Asta because they love her.

Asta goes to Harry's place and finds Harry face down in the water. She runs over to save him. Harry is just thinking. He has gills.

The octopus is Number 42, named after his number on the menu. Octopus and black beans.

Harry misses his family. Asta tells him that on earth, you don't have to be related to be family. Family is just someone in your life who you love and would do anything for.

Mike shares his extra coffee with Lix.

Max has a hairy chest. He screams, and when his family arrives, Ben has on a cowboy outfit and Kate is sporting a tail.

D'Arcy is looking for Ethan, but he's not there. Who IS there is David Logan with a gun.

The octopus tells Harry that they'll just send someone else to finish the job. Harry imagines Asta being killed, his face goes white. Next, he's running out of the restaurant and down the street with Number 42.
