Aura Mayari starts dancing and performing as she enters the Werk Room. She's a bit breathless after dancing; Irene and Luxx laugh with her. New York City's Marcia Marcia Marcia enters next with a nose gag inspired by The Brady Bunch. Marcia is a Broadway queen who loves to perform.

Anetra wears a black and yellow biker-inspired outfit with spikes. She calls herself a "stunt queen" and will do every move. Malaysia Babydoll Foxx wears a sexy fox-inspired dress with a long tail. She's the first queen from Miami in the competition; she works as a makeup and hair stylist out of drag.

Princess Poppy wears an art-inspired princess look. She's known for her viral TikTok. The queens are surprised that Marcia and Luxx are baby queens with less than two years of experience.

Sasha Colby walks into the Werk Room and blows everyone away; she wears a revealing body outfit and large hair. The queens are all excited to see Sasha Colby since she's a legendary drag queen; her drag daughter is Kerri Colby, and she's a former Miss Continental.

Ornacia from RuPaul's Drag Race Season 6 walks into the room and all the queens are speechless. The queen pulls down the zipper and it's revealed to be Ariana Grande. All the queens freak out at seeing her.

RuPaul walks in to meet the first eight queens and Ariana Grande. RuPaul reveals the grand prize has been raised to $200,000. Ariana is the first guest judge of the season.

The first Mini Challenge is inspired by the first ever Mini Challenge in Drag Race herstory. The queens will have to take a photo on the hood of a car with the pit crew as they're sprayed with hoses.

Irene Dubois brings a lot of comedy. Luxx hates being drenched in water with her long hair; she does a split for her photo. Aura gets very sexual, while Marcia gets drenched in her sweater. Anetra loses an eyelash, Malaysia is drenched in her furry costume, Princess Poppy raises her leg for her photo, and Sasha Colby flips her hair in the water.

Aura Mayari thinks she's the trade of the season. Aura is the most muscular.

Luxx calls out that Irene was saying shady comments toward her. Irene says everyone can throw it back to her.

RuPaul reveals the winner of the Mini Challenge is Irene Dubois.

The Maxi Challenge is a one-night-only talent show. Each queen will have to show off a talent, but they'll also have to work together to choreograph a group routine. In confessional, Malaysia is worried as she's not a dancer or choreographer.

Marcia wants to take the reins with choreographing the group number. She starts teaching some steps, but Aura steps in to teach the moves she wants to give. There's tension brewing between them and the group demands that they figure out who the choreographer is.

A twist is revealed that the second batch of queens is doing their own entrance.

Salina EsTitties is from Hollywood and brings some comedy. She's campy and wearing big hair/big breasts.

Amethyst walks in wearing a Y2K pop diva outfit; she's known for being a viral TikTok queen. She's the first queen to compete from Connecticut. Jax from the Bronx walks in wearing a glittery cheerleading outfit.

Loosey LaDuca is wearing an 80s-inspired outfit; she's showing off her booty and body. Her and Amethyst know each other from back home. Mistress Isabelle Brooks wears a fitted black lace gown. The queens joke that she's wearing a biscuit heel.

Robin Fierce wears a brown leather fitted jumpsuit. She is the next queen from Connecticut. Amethyst plays coy that she and Robin have a past together.

Twins Sugar and Spice walk into the Werk Room together, bouncing from their TikTok videos. Sugar and Spice are viral on TikTok. Some of the queens are annoyed by the twins. Sugar and Spice say they're more social media queens and look queens; they're not great at performing. The twins want to grow their performing skills and join a community.

Ornacia returns to the Werk Room and pulls down the zipper to reveal the real Vivacious. She introduces RuPaul and the queens are gagged.

RuPaul reveals their Mini Challenge is the same as the previous group. However, the photo shoot will be inspired by the first photo of RuPaul's Drag Race Season 2. The queens will sit on a motorcycle and pose with the Pit Crew as the wind blows.

Salina makes RuPaul laugh and acts outrageous. Amethyst gets leaves stuck in her mouth. Jax feels like she killed the photo shoot. Mistress thinks her lashes are falling off. Loosey adds humor to her poses and Robin gets feathers stuck on her glossy lips.

While some of the queens untuck, Mistress reveals she wasn't impressed by the twins. She helped Sugar put wig glue on.

On the bike, Sugar acts awkwardly and tries to give comedy. Spice takes off her wig and puts on a shower cap; she wants to do hairography with a shower cap. She does the same weird poses.

Back in the Werk Room, Mistress owns up to her comments about Sugar and Spice. She wants to see what the twins bring to the table and how they'll perform. While the twins undress, they overtalk about everything.

RuPaul reveals Loosey LaDuca won the Mini Challenge.

For the Maxi Challenge, the second batch of queens will compete in a talent show as well. The queens will also have to choreograph an opening number for them.

Back in the choreography studio, the queens are figuring out their moves. That is until RuPaul walks into the room and welcomes in the other eight contestants.

RuPaul announces that someone will be eliminated for real during the first week.
