Fitz and Jake both enter into Save Olivia arena, but before Jake can make his first bid, he has to help Huck sever the heads from several bodies so they can offer them up as proof that a drug lord's enemies are dead. Jake fears for Huck's sanity after witnessing the scene, but Quinn assures Jake Huck will make it through. She later changes her tune when Huck begins discussing all the things a foreign country is likely to do to Olivia in exchange for information or action from the President.

Fitz, meanwhile, goes on President-ing while terrorists auction on the White House's behalf. Mellie tells Fitz that she wants to be President someday and they both agree that Andrew has to walk for orchestrating his own attempted assassination and for kidnapping Olivia.

Abby confronts David about being the last to know that Olivia was missing. There's little chance those two are hooking up again any time soon.
