The club votes TO in as the first black member of SAMCRO. Connor leads the Sons of a crazy chase and gets away. Later they track him down but kill the Irish leader. They plan to cut ties with the Irish, the way John Teller wanted, and use Connor's roguecontacts in guns.
Jax tells Chibs about the mayhem vote from the other leaders. He gets Chibs to go along with his plan. Jax tells Nero that he's transferring the houses and the shop over to Wendy for her to sell them all and use the money to start a new life for her and the boys, anywhere she wants as long as it is far away from Charming. Jax sits down with Patterson and tells her that Gemma killed Tara and Juice killed Eli to save Gemma. SAMCRO calls a vote and all agree that Jax must meet Mr. Mayhem. Jax goes back to the club and takes off his President patch and gives it to Chibs, who in turn gives his VP patch to Tig. Then they let him ride off on his father's bike.
Jax stops where JT died and talks to his father. He understands now that a good father and an outlaw can't settle in the same man. He says when JT died it was already too late for him. Gemma had a plan. But it's not too late for his boys. When a cop shows up, Jax fires shots and takes off on the bike. With an entire convoy of police chasing him, Jax turns his bike into an oncoming tractor trailer. All we see is a crow picking at wine soaked bread as blood spills across the pavement.
