It's safe to say that South Park Season 18 Episode 7 had an unusual premise.

It all starts with Butters being absolutely, totally, 100% convinced that he’s living in a virtual reality.

As a result, he suddenly goes rogue and wreaks havoc at home, as well as all over South Park. Everyone struggles to figure out what’s real and, in the end, Butters gets stabbed by a hooker.
