On Switched at Birth Season 4 Episode 4 we do a little time jump and Bay is getting ready to be off house arrest. While she is talking with Emmett on the computer her doorbell rings and it's Emmett surprising her so he can be there when the clock strikes midnight and the house arrest will be over. Bay relishes in her freedom and even though Emmett is only going to be around for two days they try to make the most of it. Unfortunately Emmett has changed a bit and Bay is not used to this new Emmett who knows what he wants out of life. While Emmett is showing Bay pictures of various film shoots he shows her a picture of him and Skye which makes Bay question their relationship. Emmett reveals Skye kisses him, but he pushed her away and while Bay acts like it is ok she can't help but fight with him. Emmett ends up leaving a few hours early and Bay tries to take her mind off things by going to a party at Daphne's school. Tank is there and he supplies Bay with some strong punch and as she drinks more and more she wakes up naked next to Tank the next morning with no recollection of how she got there.

Daphne is having a tough time in Marillo's class and when she gets a D on the mid-term she is ready to drop the class for good, but thankfully Marillo lets her know the only reason she failed the test is because she got two things wrong which caused her to mess up on the second half of her test. Professor Marillo offers her extra credit which would boost her grade to a C.
