Nate walks into A Taste of Athens, his parents' favorite restaurant, and requests the table at the window. The hostess is rude and says they can only reserve a table in the back for him.

Depressed, Nate tells Keeley what happened at A Taste Of Athens. Keeley and Rebecca give Nate advice on how to get the window table.

Nate takes his parents to A Taste of Athens to celebrate their anniversary. The hostess leads them to a table in the back.

Nate puts Rebecca and Keeley's advice to use and convinces the hostess to give them the window table.

Isaac isn't performing well on the pitch. Ted asks Roy to talk to him.

Roy takes Isaac and Ted to a pitch where Roy would play alongside amateurs to remind himself football is a game. Reluctantly, Isaac plays with the amateurs and has fun.

Afterward, Ted asks Roy to join the coaching staff. Roy refuses.

At his pundit job, Roy sees the positive effect he had on Isaac and realizes he misses the game and being part of the team.

He dashes out of the studio, takes a cab, and then a rickshaw to Richmond's stadium.

The crowd cheers as Roy walks onto the pitch and accepts the coaching position.

Ted Lasso Season 2 Episode 5 Quotes

Nate: What's Isaac need?
Ted: Well, I have no idea. No, usually in this situation, I'd have the player talk to the team captain before I intervened.
Nate: Isaac's our captain.
Ted: Exactly, I can't very well ask Isaac to pull himself aside. That would be dangerously close to messing with the ... What's it called?
Nate: The Dark Arts?
Ted: No.
Beard: The space-time continuum.
Ted: That's it, yeah.

Fairy tales do not start nor do they end at the dark forest. That's only something that shows up smack dab in the middle of the story, but it will all work out. It may not work out how you think it will or how you hope it does. But believe me, it will all work out, exactly as it's supposed to. Our job is to have zero expectations and just let go.
