Present: 

Anton asks Noah and Cole about his past with Alison, and it causes them to question everything. Cole reveals that Alison was getting closer to Ben, but he said he has no idea where she is. 

Noah:

Noah attended a meeting about the school, and opened up about Anton possibly coming from a broken home. He was later shocked that Janelle was actually Anton's mother and she did not like Noah for the way he spoke. 

When a school walkout is staged by the students, Noah tries to save the day when reporters come calling and he ultimately comes across as the principal of the school. 

At the bar, the other teachers are ranting and raving about Janelle ... until she shows up and offers them drinks. Noah opens up to her about his home life and the pair wind up kissing in the parking lot. 

Janelle ultimately calls it off because she's Noah's boss. 

Helen:

Helen and Vic try to come to terms with his pancreatic cancer diagnosis, but he warns her to stay quiet to everyone about it. In a moment of weakness, she tells Priya everything and asks for help. 

Vic does not want help from any surgeries or trials because he does not want to give anyone false hope. He admits as much after Helen tells his mother. 

He says the only thing Helen can do for him is have a baby.
