Recap

As Sheldon shares his new ideas for children's songs that teach science, Raj arrives with news that he's been asked by NASA for a project. He asks if any are interested, and chooses Leonard to help since he's the only one who doesn't force his ideas.

Leonard and Raj learn they have trouble starting the project because neither of them are Alpha males like Sheldon and Howard.

Penny visits Sheldon to talk about her acting career. She wants his advice about whether or not she should take a movie audition. Sheldon says he knows what she should do, but he can't tell her because he's trying to no longer force his ideas on other people.

Howard makes molecular cocktails and takes a photo to try and make Raj jealous.

Penny tricks Sheldon into giving her advice, and he tells her she should take the audition but not making any decisions without more information.

Raj and Leonard finally come up with a good idea for the NASA project, then realize it's exactly what Howard and Sheldon already told them to do. They decide they should ask Sheldon and Howard for help after all.

Penny arrives to her audition and is reminded of why she stopped acting.

The four guys work together on their project, but they also realize they have some conflicts. Leonard and Raj tell them they often feel pushed aside.

Penny tells Amy and Bernadette she tried out for the part, but also remembers why she stopped. She also finally thanks Bernadette for helping her get her job.

Sheldon: Thank you. Do either of you know Beyonce? I’d love her to get behind it.

Just this morning, Sheldon wouldn't let me put almond milk in my Grape Nuts because he said it was a theoretical nut conflict.
