Recap

Raymond calls all the members of the Task Force at very odd hours of the night and has them meet him at the Post Office. There he informs them of some information he has come across.

A group is planning on stealing a very sensitive item containing some important government secrets about the nation's nuclear program.

Arthur meets Jonathan and asks him to tap into Ressler's phone so that Arthur can learn how the Task Force operates. Jonathan is hesitant.

Using Raymond's tip, Dembe and Ressler follow up on leads. They learn that a military general has a sensitive report at home with him.

Outside, a group of assailants prepares to breach his home but manages to sneak into his panic room. The assailants leave when they hear the police approach.

The Task Force pulls a face and IDs it.

Jonathan meets with Ressler under pretenses and clones his phone.

The team's efforts lead them to a room in the capitol, and when they get in, they find a huge monitoring operation that monitors rooms in the capitol.

They also find a fax machine.

US intelligence and law enforcement meet to chart the way forward. Cooper declines to reveal his sources.

From the fax machine at the capitol, Dembe and Ressler track down a company and find a room full of fax machines.

Dembe realizes this is Raymond's intelligence network.

They call Cooper with this discovery, and while on the phone, Arthur listens in on the call and hears a lot.

Cooper finds Raymond at home and asks why he has shut down his intelligence network.

Raymond skirts around answering.

Jonathan relapses.

Arthur keeps replaying the audio recording.

Things end. Sometimes despite our best efforts and best intentions, or sometimes because of those efforts and intentions … things end. So something else can begin.
